Misc Payments

Some people cant use credit cards. So, they need to send cash, money orders, cheques or gold bars (though the postal charges on gold bars can be high).

The misc payments interface is a (basic authentication over https protected) way of letting you enter in the details of these payments, and then triggering the issue of receipts, just like with the completion of the CommSecure credit card process.

Very simply, it takes a CustNum, an amount, and a couple of comments. Some of these comments are private for us to refer to, and some are to appear on the customers receipt.
