Beaches

Perth has some of the best beaches in the world! Surfing competitions are held up and down the coast of W.A. during the summer, along with major boating competitions just off the coast and on the Swan River.

Scarbrough Beach is one of the major metropolitan beaches (pictured below). Others include Trigg and City Beaches. There is only one high rise Hotel located on the coast, being Observation City Hotel (right).
