Receipts
The receipt is one of two types; either as a result of a successful credit card transaction (refnum), or a resuklt of a Misc Payment.
Either way, they both have an amount, and a CustNum they are for. Thus, we have an email address we can send it to. Our receipt implementation handles getting the text with the amount and GPG siging the receipt text, and then emails it out.
We double up on some data here as we want to be able to refer to receipts by the refnums they are for, the custnum they are associated with, or even just the amount they were for.
